Hey there, I’m Brad.

My story is a unique one. I was born with a terminal illness called Cystic Fibrosis and have battled with health struggles my whole life because of it.

One day after hitting rock bottom and being sick of being sick all the time, I made a change. I began incorporating exercise into my daily life in an effort to improve my physical health. With lots of consistency, dedication, and a warrior-like mentality, my health began improving!

However, what I didn’t expect was that it not only improved my health, but it also lit a huge fire inside of me for this new passion of mine: health and fitness.


I met Brad about a year and a half ago. I wasn’t in a great place and was very unhealthy.  I had known for a long time that I needed to exercise as I don’t have a very physically active job, and even purchased some exercise and diet programs but didn’t follow through.
